Northrup Canyon extends east from Grand Coulee in Washington State. It was originally a homestead, but is now maintained by the State Parks Department. It's an amazing place defined by dramatic cliffs and rock formations. Unlike the Coulee, it's forested and there were all sorts of wildflowers, at least in the spring.
